About this Rental:

This three-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet safe street only 5 minutes from Parkes’s CBD. The amazing surroundings makes the perfect relaxing holiday, either sitting by the pool under the Bali Hut, lighting one of the fire pits, or having a drink by the bar. Each room has a 40″ TV, split system, and comfy Queen size bed. The kitchen has everything you would need with two BBQ areas to choose from.

The space

This divine 3-bedroom Apartment is perfect for families, couples and contractors. It’s surrounded by beautiful gardens and entertaining areas. During the summer months relax under the Bali Hut, go for a swim in the pool, or play some Table tennis and darts that are located in the shed. During the winter months standing around one of the many fire pits is a must. All rooms have very comfortable queen beds, split system and 40” TV. The Kitchen has absolutely everything you will need, making entertaining easy.

Free on-site parking right out front.
Follow the Steps down to your Apartment out the back.
A Lock Box is located at the front Door, a code will be sent on the day of arrival.
Please leave the key in the lock box to prevent lock outs, more keys are located inside the apartment.
