About this Rental:

It’s hard to believe this piece of paradise on 12 Acres is so close to Parkes’s CBD with only a 2-minute drive to the supermarket, hotels and Bottle-shop. This beautiful 4 Bedroom home is fully equipped with everything you would need, it’s a real home away from home. Each room has a comfy Queen Bed and TV.
Enjoy a BBQ or home-made pizza on the deck and light the fire pit for that extra amazing experience. This property is perfect for working contractors, families, couples or group get aways.

The space

4 Bedroom home on 12 Acres, all bedrooms contain a queen bed, TV, lamp, draws and hanging space. All rooms have extra blankets, electric blankets and pillows. Parking is a three bay carport. The Beautiful deck has a BBQ and pizza oven, overlooking beautiful manicured lawns, gardens and a creek. There is an amazing fire pit for those cooler nights that is truly impressive. Cooling/heating – we have two split systems and an evaporative air conditioner allowing beautiful cosy winters and cool summers.

Guest access

Free onsite Parking, park under the carport, two bays are available for guests. You will find a lock box at the front door, please leave the key inside the lock box to prevent lock outs, more keys are located inside. Code for the lock box will be sent 24 hours before arrival.
